These terms apply to your purchases and interactions with Winners Mark, a dba of High Tech Bowling Pro Shop, LLC, located inside Valley Lanes at 3951 W 5400 S, West Valley City, UT 84120. By making a purchase or opting in to text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Our Products & Services
Winners Mark sells bowling balls, bags, shoes, and related accessories, and provides drilling, resurfacing, and fitting services. Product availability, pricing, and services offered are subject to change without notice.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program description: Winners Mark's text program sends transactional messages, primarily purchase receipts and order status updates, to customers who provide a phone number at checkout and request one.
Message frequency: Varies based on your purchases. You will generally only receive a message tied to a transaction you made in the shop.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also ask a staff member in person to remove your number from our system.
Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of any purchase. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Purchases & Payment
Prices are as posted at the time of sale. Sales tax is applied per Utah state and local requirements. We accept the payment methods available in our shop at the time of your visit.
Services & Equipment
Drilling and resurfacing services are performed based on the measurements and preferences discussed with you at the time of service. While we take care to match equipment to your needs, we cannot guarantee specific performance results, as ball reaction depends on many factors including lane conditions, oil patterns, and individual technique.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Winners Mark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of products or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
